Golden Sweet Snow Pea Seeds

A rare and unusual heirloom variety recently rescued from a village market in India. Starts with a spectacular display of colorful, purple-mauve blooms, leading to crisp, flat, buttery yellow pods that are best harvested at recommended length. Peas are super-sweet, tender and bright green. Pods are delicious when eaten raw in salads, steamed as a vegetable or in stir-fry. Allow some pods to stay on the vine and pick them as the perfect shell pea. Highly productive, vigorous plants should be trellised. Tan seeds, splashed with purple.
