The below  is only applied to hard goods. Flowers are reviewed on a case by case basis. In extreme cases you will receive a replacement. 

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 7 business days.  Please note that most hard goods are custom and print on demand to save on waste. They are drop-shipped from Charlotte, North Carolina. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.  If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

We do not accept orders that ship to Post Office boxes.

We only ship within the Continental US.

Returns

We stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or replace your item within 30 days. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.

If you need to make a return, exchange, or report damaged/missing items, contact our online store staff via email contact@blessingsgrowmeadows.com to receive a Return Authorization Form and shipping instructions.

1. Proof of purchase is required and returned items must be in new, unused condition.
2. Blessings Grow Meadows does not pay return shipping unless an item is damaged or we made an error processing your order.
3. You may use whatever shipping method you choose, but we recommend insuring and tracking your return items to ensure safe arrival at our facility. Customer is responsible for items lost and/or damaged in return transit.
4. Customer is responsible for shipping charges on exchange orders. The shipping amount will be determined by the replacement item requested.
5. Customers will not be charged shipping on the exchange/replacement of damaged or missing items.
6. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 day after items are received at our facility.

Exceptions: All clearance merchandise sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is damaged upon receipt. Fresh flowers are not included in return policy. Please send us a message if you have any concerns.
