This medium sized slicing tomato took the tomato world by storm when its smoky, sweet, low acid flavor was introduced to tomato enthusiasts. Needless to say the world wasn't ready for something so delicious, and this caused market growers to flock in droves to grow the tomato. Delicious dried and makes an unbelievable tomato paste.
