Raspberry is known as a tonic and its constituents help aid the uterus before and after child birth; prepares the uterus and pelvic area for delivery as well as tones the uterus after the birth, helpful in reducing menstrual cramping, PMS symptoms, and endometriosis. Helps to promote milk production, and regulate menstruation.
Raspberry is also helpful in soothing digestion in children and adults, diarrhea, bedwetting, mouth and throat inflammations (ulcers, tonsillitis). Raspberry is also high in vitamin B, C, magnesium, iron, calcium and phosphorus. And can be helpful in treating anemia, and reducing fevers.
