Radishes: Radishes are one of the fastest growing microgreens available.  Their flavor is spicy and sharp - just like a  full-grown radish and they offer a satisfying crunch which makes a great addition to sandwiches or salads.  A member of the mustard family and probably originating in Eurasia, radish is one of the world’s earliest recorded cultivated vegetables. Its name comes from the Latin word "radix," meaning "a root." Radish sprouts are fast growing with a spicy, hot flavor. China Rose or Cherry Bell radish sprouts have a touch of pink. Radish sprouts have 29 times more vitamin C than milk and 4 times the vitamin A. They have 10 times the calcium of a potato and more vitamin C than a pineapple.
