As a rice enthusiast, let me share some important distinctions between different rice sizes. Short grain has the highest starch content, resulting in the stickiest rice, while long grain is lighter and maintains its separate texture when cooked. Medium grain rice falls in between these two options.

How To Cook: To cook one cup of brown rice, add 2 _ cups of water and bring to a boil then simmer for 25-45 minutes. After cooking will yield 3 cups.
