• This isn't your average meat and cheese pack. We pair our savory and tangy Wisconsin summer sausage with three of our favorite cheeses for a delectable mix of savory, spicy, and sweet flavors. Share with friends or keep it all to yourself.

  • Three 6 oz. blocks of Wisconsin cheese (honey siracha gouda, dill havarti, and smoked gouda).
  • One 8 oz. Wisconsin summer sausage from our very own Barron Sausage Co.

  We take care to protect the integrity of your cheese in transit. Our vacuum-sealed, hard cheeses are safe outside of refrigeration in transit. If temperatures are above 60 degrees in your location, we ship in insulated boxes with gel ice packs to protect your shipment, at no extra charge.

  "Bantam" Honey Sriracha Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring. Flavoring: Honey granules, salt, spices, dextrose, onion, sriracha sauce (aged cayenne red peppers, vinegar, garlic), sugar, brown sugar, garlic powder, maltodextrin, sodium diacetate, natural flavor.

  "Harvest" Dill Havarti: Cultured pasteurized milk and cream, salt, dill, enzymes, annatto coloring.

  "Old Smoky" Smoked Gouda: Cultured pasteurized milk, salt, enzymes, annatto coloring.
