Good things come to those who wait. We've partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions: Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits. As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.
The Single Malt is perhaps the most refined of all our barrel aged maple syrups. The flavor of the spirit is crisp, clean and strong. Hints of smoke and cherry tease as sweet maple finishes it off. Produced in extremely limited quantity, only a select fortunate few will experience our most sophisticated aged syrup.
