Good things come to those who wait. We've partnered with a small craft distillery located just outside of Chicago to combine two passions: Organic pure maple syrup and fine spirits. As the maple syrup rests in previously used charred oak barrels it mingles with the spirit that once resided within.
Initially, you will experience the pleasant bite of bourbon on the nose with a hint of cloves, vanilla and caramel. This is quickly softened by the rich silky sweet smoothness of select pure Vermont maple syrup.
