Introducing the UnbelievaPita. We took the same dough that you love and trust, the same recipe for our UnbelievaBuns, and figured out how to make that into a traditional pita. These pitas pack 20g of protein with only 2.1g of net carbs and zero grams of sugar. The flavor is uncannily similar to a traditional pita, almost indistinguishable!

You'll receive 2 bags of pitas. There will be 3 pitas per pack and each pita is about 7" in diameter. These are traditional style pitas with a hollow inside. You can fold them over like a traditional pita, you can cut them into 2 halves and stuff them like a pocket pita or soft shell taco, or you can slit on end open, stuff the insides with all your favorite fillings and then wrap it like a burrito. 

Our pitas are very versatile because they have a "pocket" on the inside.  If you're someone who loves a wrap, you'll love these as they actually work better than wraps because the ingredients can't be pushed out. To make as a wrap, you'll simply cut a small slit on one edge to access the hollow inside. You'll cut along the edge until you've cut half of the pita. Next, stuff or fill it with your ingredients. Your pita should have a bottom portion filled with ingredients like a pocket, while the top portion is split where you just cut. Take one side of the split top portion and wrap the food tight, then take the other side a wrap over so that it's double wrapped. If you've ever eaten a Pita Pit, it's exactly how they do theirs.
