Burpless Supreme is bred for its particularly thin skin for reduced cucurbitacin, the biochemical believed to be responsible for the burps, and to be virtually seedless for sensitive systems. Pick shiny, dark green fruits at recommended size, but can even grow much longer! Harvest earlier for bitterless, burp-free munching. Excellent when sliced, even horizontally for salads, but positively pickle-able when harvested small. Expect heavy yields from medium, vigorous plants. Well suited for winter conditions.
